The North Bloomfield Township Trustees are requesting a fixed price bid for construction of a utility building with the following specifications.

• Location – across the street from the existing Township Hall at 8801 County Road 46.
• Exterior dimensions 80 ft X 50 ft including a lean-to 80 ft by 18 ft.
• Wood framed with metal siding
• 6 X 6 Perma Columns 8 ft on center
• Two (2) 18 ft X 14 ft insulated doors with electric openers
• Building must be insulated with 2″ of spray foam and batting on the remainder
• Building interior wall is white metal
• 12-inch overhangs with 5-inch gutters
• Partition in middle of the building finished on both sides
• Three (3) 36-inch walk in doors
• 6-inch concrete floor with two drains
• Metal exterior and roof
• 16 ft interior wall height
• Trusses 4 ft on center
• EXCLUDE ALL ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING
• Add-on Options are acceptable but must be priced separately.

Sealed bids will be opened at our regularly scheduled meeting on February 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the North Bloomfield Township Hall, 8801 C.R. 46 Galion, Ohio, 44833.

Bids must be in the possession of a trustee or the fiscal officer prior to the bid opening at 7:00 p.m. February 14, 2022.

Bidder presence is welcome, but not required for the bid opening.

The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject all bids.

Proof of insurance and a W9 are required upon contract issuance.
